Sometimes you will come across books where their binding is falling apart. Obviously if it’s an otherwise valuable book you’re not going to want to just throw the book away, nor are you going to want to send in a damaged book for your unsuspecting customer. There are ways to salvage the book. The company LINECO makes a flexible glue designed to be used in applications like the binding of books.
And here is a quick video demonstrating how to use the product. Obviously it’s best that you’re going to want to take more time and be more careful than I was in the video but this process will work as shown in the video. I let the book sit for a day and then re-glued where I may have missed, then let the book sit for another 24 hours and the pages of the book were secured after letting the book glue fully dry and cure. One 8oz bottle of book glue has lasted me several years.
I have included affiliate links to the products I recommend, you don’t have to use them but I would appreciate it you did. Regardless, I think it’s good to help others and share information.
